The Harbour Room
Park Hyatt Auckland’s largest event space is The Harbour Room. This is a large, light elegant space with sweeping views of the viaduct. Fit to cater for various groups’ sizes, this versatile space can be divided into 2 or 3 areas. At full capacity the space accommodates up to 330 guests cocktail style or 160 guests with a sit down banquet. The Harbour Room works perfectly with the Ceremonial Garden as a canapes area or with the Loft Kitchen for cocktails.

The Residence 
A truly unique space, this is our only venue which has the privilege of having a wide corner harbour view. At full capacity this space sits 90 people banquet style or can be used for a cocktail function area for 210 guests. Filled with lots of natural daylight, contemporary furnishings and a modern open kitchen concept, this is the ultimate reception venue for smaller parties.

Loft Kitchen 
The Loft Kitchen is our purposely built beautiful open kitchen and is an isolated pre-function space. Fit with an elegant aesthetic, this is a light, modern space dressed with marble tiled floors and long kitchen bench tops.  Looking out across the harbour, this is a one-of-a-kind sophisticated cocktail space that works well packaged with The Harbour Room and is ideal for up to 60 guests for pre-wedding drinks.

Ceremonial Garden
Your guests can arrive via the sublime Ceremonial Garden, a large central space edged with beautifully manicured garden beds and dotted with greenery.

A generous and versatile space, the Ceremonial Garden is perfect for pre-dinner drinks, an elegant cocktail area or can house a range of optional wedding accessories.

The Boat House
The Boathouse provides a stunning setting with views across Wynyard Quarter's Lighter Basin. Located on the ground floor, the Boathouse features a fireplace, an outdoor terrace and a pre-function area. The perfect location for an intimate and unique gathering.

Waka Rooftop
Our rooftop venue Waka offers a stunning backdrop overlooking the Viaduct Harbour and City skyline, natural daylight streaming through its floor to ceiling windows and an expansive wrap around balcony. With its sophisticated décor and elegant ambiance, this space can be tailored to create exclusive and memorable events, making it the perfect location for intimate celebrations.

Boardroom
The Boardroom is an intimate event space designed to host small social gatherings. Featuring floor to ceiling windows, views of the Viaduct Harbour and an exclusive outdoor undercover terrace to host cocktails.
